Sandwich

After longer time I finally have been on trip again. I use to go to church on polish masses, because I learnt also this language and I found here few friends. Although we don`t have a lot of time because of work or school, we decided to visit nice historical town Sandwich and near beach, which is national reservation. As always, things changed and we had very different trip than we planned.

First we headed to the beach with little stones, where you can occasionally find also an amber. We collected mussels and went just straight. My friends are brother with sister and how it is often, they didn`t agree with each other. One wanted to continued straight, other went back. But we continued, little bit further should be river and small town. Unfortunately we expected that there will be also some bridge. The river estuaries into the sea, what was very interesting to see, stay on the sandy coast and during the outflow it was almost like staying in shifting sands. The most important is that there was no bridge so we had to go back, about 6 miles again.
I don`t know why we didn`t go by the same way, But we walked next river, where was wet sand and we fell into almost to knees. Later some small streams crossed our way, we had to made bridges, put big branch-wood or wooden pallets across them and our way included a lot of jumping and sometimes difficult walking in hard terrain. It look like training for soldiers or survival competition, After finding nicer road we could see beautiful sunset, later moon, because train station was still far.
But whole trip was very nice, although we didn`t see the town, I liked it and I am thankful to them that they went with me and didn`t turn back when there was difficult way. I think that we all will remember that longer than usual trips :)
